This elegant estate sits on two acres that back up to a creek. When the owner had the residence re-stuccoed, the contractors had no choice but to destroy some plantings in the process. Pautz Landcapes was retained to restore the plantings and also to design and install additional enhancements to the overall landscape plan.
While preserving the existing plantings, we designed stone and sand-blasted, natural-colored concrete pads and walkways, along with new plantings that complement these features. Pautz Landscapes also added accent plants, sculpture and other features, including lighting to accentuate specimen trees.
